BRIEF - End of financial year is a busy time for small businesses and a competitive time for Xero, how do we cut through and engage via earned and owned media channels?

SOLUTION - The Emotional Tax Office – the place where small businesses can submit claims for the emotional impacts of running a business and have a chance to win prizes related to their claim. The social campaign launched with a video and followed up with influencers stories, animated social tiles, polls, carousels, a radio spot and a live cross from a pop-up activation where winners were able to pick up their prize and be treated to a financial year relief experience.
